During a MAPS trip to Ecuador with our home church, Moffett Road Assembly, Joil Marbut asked if we would consider helping him reach 600 Shuar villages that have never heard the gospel. After 3 years of serving in the Ecuadorian jungle, that number has lodged even deeper into our hearts. It represents thousands and thousands of precious people who deserve to hear of God's love for them. We have begun the process of hand delivering an audio Shuar language New Testament to each village - 40 down, about 560 to go! Imagine their faces when they gather around this little solar powered box that speaks their language - and it's the Word of God!
