are reaching the secularist of Romania through the Constanta Dream Center, DC Cafe and campgrounds, our vision is for the lost to experience compassion, community and ultimately Christ! We have partnered with BBV, Biserica Buna Vestire (Good News Church), and together we are reaching the community in areas such as: elderly, low income families, homeless, students, kids, and International students.
